We at Oak Hill Animal Hospital appreciate and thank all of you, our loyal clients, for sticking with us through the challenges with COVID-19. Our goal, as it has always been, is to remain open, serving you and your precious pets.
Here is updated information about our procedures as you make plans to visit us with your pet.
Appointments: Please call to schedule an appointment for your pet. We are also offering flex appointments so you can bring your pet to us, go about your day and we’ll call you when he or she is ready to be picked up.
Curbside Check-in: When you arrive, please call us from your car to let us know. In an effort to help reduce the possible spread of COVID-19 to our staff and others, we will ask you a series of current health-related questions prior to entry into the Hospital. However, if you are sick or suspect you have been exposed, we will be happy to reschedule your pet’s appointment.
Entering the hospital: We ask that you wear a mask for the protection of you and our staff. If you do not have a mask and still wish to accompany your pet inside, we offer non-medical face masks you can purchase for $5. For your safety and convenience, we have a hand-sanitizer station just inside the door.
We continue to regularly deep clean after each patient visit and to help safely social-distance those entering the hospital, we only allow a maximum of 3 people in the waiting area at any given time. Masks are required if you wish to accompany your pet into an exam room as logistically, there is no way we can maintain sufficient social distancing protocols.
Again, we value and appreciate each and every one of you and your patience with us as we strive to continually provide the best care for your precious pets while remaining open and able to do so.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to give us a call and let us know. We are here for you!
